Who we are

We serve Albertans at 29 sites in 16 communities, providing acute, primary and family health care; continuing care and independent living solutions; palliative care; mental health services; and rural health care. Rooted in Catholic tradition, we walk with you, offering support at every stage of life.

How we’re structured

We are structured as a multiservice, not-for-profit care provider. Our teams deliver support through a service model that aligns with Alberta’s health system. Grounded in our vision to build healthy communities, it includes acute and primary care, seniors and continuing care, and mental health and addictions.
