Exuding kindness, caring and respect, Min Zhu is there for residents, families and staff no matter their experiences or thoughts. Whether compliments or concerns arise, Min ensures everyone knows they are welcome, heard and valued. Min takes her role and responsibilities seriously.

As a resident care manager, Min manages a number of sensitive issues, but it is clear she strives to hear everyone and balance the needs of the individuals as well as the needs of the site. She approaches each situation with care and mindfulness.

Min is a wonderful advocate for staff and residents alike. Although she is pulled in multiple directions at once, she always finds the time to be a supportive manager and human being. It is not uncommon to see her pulling staff aside for a check-in or bragging to others about the dedication of her staff.

She has built meaningful, trusting relationships. It is evident she manages not only based on her knowledge but also with her heart. She values everyone who works to support residents.
