Without fail, Vicky Libunao delivers a calm and steady outcome. She handles things efficiently, delivers satisfactory conclusions and deals with everyone in a professional manner. Her constant soft spoken warm voice and compassionate attitude produces a conclusive solution to any problem she faces. Vicky is constant in her demeanor, deliverance and presence.

Vicky makes medical appointments and arranges for transportation to these appointments. Recently a resident’s daughter made a dentist appointment for her mother, but needed help arranging transportation. Vicky was away sick, so the person covering for her booked it for them. The resident became ill over the weekend and was put on isolation. They did not know who to contact on the weekend to cancel the ride, so the daughter called Vicky first thing Monday morning. Vicky explained with such short notice there would probably be a one-way charge. After hearing the circumstances, Vicky said she would try to get the fee waived, and she was successful.

A resident was admiring something on Vicky’s desk and shared how she would like to purchase one for her daughter for Christmas. Vicky told her that she got it at Costco and offered to pick one up for the resident. Not only did she do this on her personal time, when she brought it to the resident, she had already wrapped the gift.

Vicky has the ability to respond to resident and family complaints calmly, respectfully and promptly on a daily basis.
