She actively partners with patients to enhance their care experience. Paulette listens attentively to their concerns and works alongside them to find meaningful solutions. She ensured a patient received their first-ever birthday cake creating a moment of joy that reflected shared decision-making and respect. Paulette also advocated to move patients into rooms with working TVs, personally tracking the number of TVs needed to resolve the issue. She prioritizes patient dignity and comfort, meeting patients where they are and improving their experience through everyday actions.

She communicates clearly with nursing, environmental services, leadership and facilities, maintenance and engineering, bringing forward practical solutions and updates – always with a focus on the patients.
